Registered Nurse (RN) - BAYLOR/WEEKEND
About The Position
Heritage Hall is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and contribute to a collaborative team caring for residents in a long-term care facility. The RN is expected to help solve problems with coworkers, support residents and staff, and apply nursing knowledge and independent judgment. Heritage Hall describes its facilities as close-knit communities focused on caring for residents as family and values RNs’ professional growth and leadership. This Baylor/weekend position is scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. The listed hourly salary range is $23.00 to $30.91.
Requirements
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
