About The Position
Franciscan Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Crown Point location. Nurses provide comprehensive care to patients and their families by listening to and assessing patients, developing plans of care, and implementing, reassessing, and evaluating care. This is a .6 FTE day position in a fast-paced operating room environment with 10 operating rooms and 1:1 patient ratios. On-call coverage is required, with a response time of within 30 minutes. Travel is never or rarely required.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited program.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state or in a state listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Experience as a nurse is required.
- Must be able to meet on-call requirements, including responding within 30 minutes.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Operating room experience.
