About The Position
Rice Memorial Hospital is a 12 LDRP room facility delivering approximately 600+ babies a year! The Women’s and Children's Health unit has 3 components: Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics and Women's Health, making this a great facility to learn and grow, whether you are a new grad or joining our tenured staff RNs! The Registered Nurse is the basic level of professional nursing practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
- identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes
- evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population
- may be required to assume leadership responsibility
