About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery for an acute care hospital in Westerville, Ohio. The contract is 13 or 14 weeks, with night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, totaling 36 hours per week. Listed start dates are September 20, 2026; October 11, 2026; November 1, 2026; and November 15, 2026. There are two openings. Weekly pay is listed as $2,228 ($61.89 per hour for 36 hours per week). Eligible travelers may receive a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week, based on the GSA FY2027 maximum for this location. VitalHire offers weekly direct deposit and support from a dedicated recruiter from submission through the final shift. The company also helps with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding. Contract extensions and new assignments are often available.
Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license, or a multistate compact license accepted in Ohio.
- At least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience in acute care.
- BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications; fetal monitoring certification (AWHONN or equivalent) is typically required.
