Registered Nurse - Critical Care
About The Position
Hauenstein 2 is a multi-specialty critical care unit dedicated to exceptional, patient-centered care. Registered Nurses care for a diverse and complex patient population in a fast-paced environment alongside a skilled, collaborative interdisciplinary team. The role offers opportunities to develop advanced critical care expertise across multiple specialties, strengthen clinical judgment and technical skills, and participate in a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence. Specialty certification and ongoing development opportunities are available. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. New graduate nurses are directed to apply to the residency program.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and program.
- Associate's degree in nursing required; in Grand Rapids, ADN graduates must enroll in a BSN program within six months of hire and complete it within four years of hire.
- Current license in the State of Michigan.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification at hire or within six months of hire.
- Experience as a registered nurse is required.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
