About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides patient care by identifying care requirements, creating a compassionate environment, promoting patient independence, maintaining quality standards, resolving patient needs with multidisciplinary teams, and keeping the work environment safe and clean. Openings are available full-time, part-time, and casual. The employer advertises flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and no mandatory shifts. Requirements
- Current TB skin test.
- Current CPR certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing facility.
- Current compact-state Registered Nurse license.
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Identify patient care requirements by building rapport with potential and current patients and others who understand their care needs.
- Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
- Promote patient independence by establishing care goals, teaching patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care, and answering questions.
- Maintain quality of care by following therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes against goals and standards, making or recommending adjustments, and adhering to applicable nursing philosophies, standards, and regulations.
- Resolve patient problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations and calling for assistance from healthcare support personnel.
