About The Position
Garden Gate Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Weekend Warrior Team. This role is perfect for nurses who want a set schedule, excellent compensation, and a supportive environment. The position offers a consistent weekend opportunity with 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Additionally, nurses can earn bonus pay, receiving an extra 8 hours of pay for every weekend worked.
Requirements
- Valid RN License
- Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Nice To Haves
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess resident health, report changes, and update records
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and facility policies
