RN Weekend Warrior
About The Position
Garden Gate Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Weekend Warrior Team. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a set schedule, excellent compensation, and a supportive environment. The position involves delivering direct nursing care to residents according to care plans, administering prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring and assessing resident health, reporting changes, and updating records. It also requires communication with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team, as well as supervising LPNs, CNAs, and support staff as needed, and ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and facility policies. Requirements
- Valid RN License
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Nice To Haves
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
