About The Position

Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Weekend Warrior Supervisor. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout weekend night shifts
• Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care is consistently delivered
• Respond promptly to resident and staff needs
• Coordinate workflow and delegate assignments effectively
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
• Manage emergencies and make sound clinical decisions
• Complete all assigned duties accurately and efficiently
