About The Position

Passport Health is North America's largest travel medicine and immunization provider, with over 300 clinics across the U.S. and Canada. This role offers experienced RNs an opportunity to move away from high-pressure hospital or traditional clinic settings into a position focused on autonomy, specialized expertise, and one-on-one patient connection. In this role, nurses largely run their own clinics, managing their patient experience and daily schedule with support from clinical leadership. It's a specialty where nurses develop deep expertise in vaccine-preventable diseases, international health risks, and pre-travel health planning, with each client interaction being a true consultation.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong patient communication and education skills
  • Reliable access to a personal computer (desktop or laptop)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet)
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks.
  • Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Recommend and promote travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate.
  • Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation protocols.
  • Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed.
  • Complete ongoing travel medicine training to keep clinical knowledge current.
  • Perform immigration physicals and maintain strict USCIS documentation compliance (required at select states).
