Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel
About The Position
Horizon Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Behavioral Health at Southridge Behavioral in Byron Center, MI. This full-time position features a 3x12 schedule, requiring every other weekend. The role involves assessing, monitoring, recording, and reporting patient conditions, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure optimal patient care. Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
- Current CPR or BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
