About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources. The Surgical Inpatient unit offers an enriching environment for career growth and is also suitable for those new to the RN role. The Registered Nurse will manage a variety of medical cases and post-operative surgeries, connecting with patients to help them achieve their health goals.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA) or three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • Experience as determined by department.
