About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to provide home infusion therapy and skilled nursing visits in The Woodlands and the greater North Houston area, including Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery, Willis, Cypress, Conroe, Pinehurst, and surrounding communities. The role combines advanced clinical skills with one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The RN provides individualized care according to physician orders and each patient’s healthcare needs. This includes nursing assessments, infusion therapy, vascular access management, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers about treatment plans and ongoing care. Nurses work independently while communicating with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. The position offers day, evening, and weekend opportunities and flexible scheduling. Requirements
- Active Texas RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong peripheral IV skills.
- Experience providing infusion therapy.
- Dependability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PICC lines, ports, midlines, peripheral IVs, and other vascular access devices is highly preferred.
