About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong wound care background to provide specialized home-based care throughout The Woodlands and the greater North Houston area, including Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery, Willis, Cypress, Conroe, and Pinehurst. The role combines advanced clinical skills with personalized one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

The nurse provides wound, skin, ostomy, and continence care, including assessments, individualized care planning, wound treatments and dressing changes, monitoring healing, and educating patients and caregivers about prevention and ongoing wound management. The position supports healing, complication prevention, and patients’ quality of life.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN).
