About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide home infusion therapy and skilled nursing visits in Kingwood, Humble, Cleveland, Beaumont, and surrounding communities. The role combines advanced clinical skills with individualized, one-on-one patient care in patients’ homes. Nurses provide care based on physician orders and each patient’s healthcare needs, helping patients safely receive advanced treatments and supporting improved outcomes and independence. The position offers day, evening, and weekend opportunities. Requirements
- Active Texas RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong peripheral IV skills.
- Experience providing infusion therapy.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
- Comfort working independently while maintaining strong communication with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PICC lines, ports, midlines, peripheral IVs, and other vascular access devices is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized patient care based on physician orders and each patient’s healthcare needs.
