About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to patients who need intermittent professional services. The nurse teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team, and performs services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.

This role requires graduation from an approved school of clinical education, a license in the state of practice, at least one year of experience as a licensed professional, basic technology skills including use of a mobile device, CPR certification, and the ability to meet driving and transportation requirements. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. Experience requirements may be deferred with review and approval from regional leadership.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience.
• Licensed professional experience may be deferred with review and approval from regional leadership.
