About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to patients who require intermittent professional services in a home health setting. The nurse teaches patients, family members, and other members of the health care team, and performs services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Possess CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).
