Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - PRN
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to patients who require intermittent professional services in a home health setting. The nurse teaches patients, their families, and other members of the health care team, and performs services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. The role requires a nursing education from an approved school of clinical education, an active license in the state of practice, at least one year of experience as a licensed professional, basic technology skills, and CPR certification. Dependable transportation, a valid driver license, and automobile liability insurance are also required. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Medicare home health or hospice experience.
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from regional leadership.
