About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team for weekend shifts. This role offers a flexible schedule with options for either 7 PM to 7 AM or 11 PM to 7 AM, every other weekend. We guarantee a 36 or 40-hour workweek, depending on your availability and preference.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or nursing homes is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in long-term care and nursing home settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments and progress notes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
