About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility for night shifts. The role involves providing quality care to long-term care residents while ensuring a high standard of patient support and safety.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems, with experience in MATRIXCARE being advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, addressing their individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our electronic system.
