About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a fulfilling role that requires commitment and professionalism. This position will involve working in various healthcare settings and providing top-quality patient care. Candidates must be comfortable with their compensation package prior to commitment and must fulfill their scheduled shifts as required.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Commitment and professionalism required.
• Comfortable with compensation package prior to commitment.
• Must fulfill scheduled shifts as required.
• Margin percentage must be maintained at a minimum standard.
• All time off must be pre-approved and included in the submission.
• Providers are expected to be ready to commit fully to their scheduled shifts.
• Understanding of pay packages and job expectations must be clear and agreed upon before the start of the contract.
• Proficiency in Cerner for charting.
• Familiar with taking accurate timecard entries.
• A paper PTHC timecard is necessary for tracking hours worked.
• Adhere to the schedule in accordance with timecard submission guidelines.
• Wear scrubs in Royal Blue or White.
• Option of white lab jackets if necessary.

• Candidates should have clear expectations prior to contract agreement regarding variable pay structures in specific markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality patient care in various healthcare settings.
• Maintain charting proficiency in Cerner.
• Make accurate timecard entries.
• Adhere to the work week schedule from Sunday to Saturday.
• Notify Charge/Unit Manager or Scheduler if a lunch break was not taken.
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled shift start time for seamless transition of patient care and shift reports.
