About The Position

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in long-term care or nursing homes is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in various long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health, documenting any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate residents and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
