About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The role uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to help create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

This full-time role is with Aurora Medical Group Family Medicine in Racine, Wisconsin. The clinic provides primary and family medicine services, including preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases, and referrals to specialists when needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.; hours vary based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
