Registered Nurse (RN) - Family Medicine
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Family Medicine provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The nurse uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to help create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. The role is with Aurora Family Medicine in Racine, Wisconsin, where the care team provides preventive services, diagnoses and treats acute illnesses and chronic diseases, and refers patients to specialists when needed. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.; hours vary based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
