Registered Nurse (RN) - Family Medicine
About The Position
The Staff Nurse provides clinical care and supervises department partnerships to support positive patient outcomes. The nurse applies knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan, assesses information reflecting a patient's status, and interprets relevant information to identify needs based on the patient's age and condition. This is a full-time outpatient position at the ECU Health Family Medicine Clinic in LaGrange, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon, for 36 hours per week. There are no nights, call, holidays, or weekends.
Requirements
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.
- Demonstrated competencies in nursing practice.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
