Registered Nurse (RN)-Bell Trace Health and Living
About The Position
Bell Trace Health and Living is hiring Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates resident care plans, providing personalized attention based on each resident’s needs. The role works closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote health outcomes and improve the resident experience. A compassionate approach and nursing expertise help foster a healing environment and support residents and their families throughout their healthcare journey. The position offers 12-hour shifts and a three-day work week. Full-time nurses may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, paid monthly. RNs averaging 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 in additional annual income, with an extra $500 added to pay for each month they meet the hourly goal.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
