About The Position

Available schedules are full-time first shift (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), full-time second shift (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), and part-time third shift (10 p.m.–6 a.m.). Wages depend on experience and are determined by the hiring manager during the interview. The sign-on bonus is $5,000 for part-time and $10,000 for full-time employees.

Requirements

• A nursing license is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee resident care plans.
• Provide direct nursing services, including administering treatments and assisting with assessments and evaluations.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegate suitable components of care plans to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary.
• Consult with others and validate data.
• Record pertinent information in patient records.
• Identify and evaluate residents’ responses to health problems and treatments.
• Communicate residents’ care needs to others involved in their care.
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.
