About The Position

The RN serves as a working leader who oversees and implements resident care plans and provides direct nursing care. The wage range is $35–$40, depending on experience, with the hiring manager determining the wage during an interview. The position requires working every third weekend.
Requirements
- Required nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Implement resident care plans.
- Provide direct nursing services, including administering treatments and assisting with assessments and evaluations.
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Delegate appropriate components of care plans to nursing assistants and provide guidance and supervision when necessary.
- Consult with others and validate data.
- Record pertinent information in patient records.
- Identify and evaluate residents’ responses to health problems and treatments.
- Communicate residents’ care needs to others involved in their care.
- Take responsibility for professional growth and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
