Registered Nurse (RN) 12 HR Shifts
About The Position
Parkside Care, a Caldera Care facility, is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to patients and contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating care. The position is full-time, working 12-hour shifts from 10 AM to 10 PM at Parkside Care in Union Gap, Washington. The listed pay range is $42.00–$56.45 per hour, depending on experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires and is paid in quarterly installments during the first year. Requirements
- Current and valid RN license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- First aid and CPR certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
- Administer, observe, and record medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms, and patients’ general condition.
- Reinforce and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
- Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of the unit as assigned.
