About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides safe, competent patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role includes educating patients and their families about health conditions and providing advice and emotional support. This position is with the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA), in the MedSurg 7th Floor unit, and is scheduled for 36 hours per week on night shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current South Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions.
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
