About The Position
Roze Room is a provider of Hospice and Palliative Care serving Southern California communities. The Registered Nurse works on call nights and/or weekends, coordinating individualized hospice care plans, delivering skilled nursing care, and supporting patients and families. The role collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team and includes pain and symptom management and EMR documentation.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Compassionate, independent, and confident in the field.
- Comfortable with EMR and documentation.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or MSN.
- Experience in hospice, home health, or case management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate individualized hospice care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including pain and symptom management.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate and support patients and families during critical moments.
