About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Community Medical Center utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients. This role provides expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Current BLS upon hire
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire
  • Ability to prioritize care in a high risk obstetrics clinic
  • Minimum of five (5) years of high risk Labor & Delivery experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership and/or supervisory experience
  • RN OB Certification
  • Previous OB outpatient clinic experience is required
