About The Position

National Park Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Womens Services team. This role is dedicated to making communities healthier by providing compassionate care to patients. As an RN, you will work alongside a dedicated team, playing a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Current state RN license
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire

Nice To Haves

One year of experience preferred
ASLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
Perform other duties as assigned
