As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Womens Services, you will contribute to the mission of making communities healthier. This role involves providing compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety within a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care. Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience preferred
  • ASLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
