About The Position

Our New York Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for care to join our team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA prides itself on providing an excellent onboarding and training experience from Day 1. During your paid training and orientation, you can expect to learn valuable hands-on skills in our simulation lab and in-home meet and greets with our clients before working independently. You will receive 24/7 on-call support for your clinical and administrative questions. Enjoy an incredible culture and team environment, while having the independence of a home care nurse!

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy both in the client's home and at school
