About The Position

Join our team as a variable shift, full-time, Inpatient Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. The role involves performing the primary function of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The Outpatient Wound Care RN is a licensed caregiver who practices competently, upholds the voice of the patient, system policies and procedures, and supports service excellence goals in a clinical environment that employs a shared governance model. The RN serves as a partner in care, anticipating and providing for the patient care needs of patients, families, and significant others. Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Requirements

  • Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program
  • Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

  • One (1) year of wound care experience
