About The Position
At Gold Crest Care Center, a CMS 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility in Pelham Gardens, Bronx, we’re hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing team in one of our units and ensure the highest standard of resident care. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, offering a steady Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM schedule. You will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and make an impact in a supportive leadership team environment.
Requirements
- Current NY RN License
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior supervisory and administrative experience

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the unit
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver top-quality care
- Conduct daily audits and oversee admissions
- Act as liaison with families, physicians, and departments
- Investigate incidents, ensure follow-up, and promote compliance
- Participate in risk meetings, staff evaluations, and leadership discussions
