About The Position

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a Supervisor in the GI Lab. As the Supervisor, GI Lab, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operations, collaborate closely with the GI Lab Clinical Manager, and guide a team of dedicated RNs in the GI Lab. You will work a 1.0 FTE salaried position and collaborate with the GI Lab Clinical Manager to carry out the vision, objectives, and strategies consistent with the system’s mission, vision, and goals. You will provide day-to-day leadership support to staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns in real time. You will also support staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards, provide follow-up on quality and safety events, lead approximately 42 direct reports (RNs) and manage performance, and support smooth daily operations within the GI Lab.

Requirements

  • RN licensure to work in Wisconsin
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and support a large team of caregivers
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant clinical experience in GI, procedural, or acute care nursing preferred
  • Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
