About The Position

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a Supervisor in the GI Lab. As the Supervisor, GI Lab, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operations, collaborate closely with the GI Lab Clinical Manager, and guide a team of dedicated RNs in the GI Lab. You will work a 1.0 FTE salaried position, collaborating with the GI Lab Clinical Manager to carry out the vision, objectives, and strategies consistent with the system’s mission, vision, and goals. You will provide day-to-day leadership support to staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns in real time. You will also support staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards, provide follow-up on quality and safety events, lead approximately 42 direct reports (RNs) and manage performance, and support smooth daily operations within the GI Lab.

Requirements

• RN licensure to work in Wisconsin
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and support a large team of caregivers
• Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Relevant clinical experience in GI, procedural, or acute care nursing preferred
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
