We are currently searching for a Per Diem (PRN) Registered Nurse to work Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Requirements

Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills
be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse
maintain basic cardiac life support certification(BLS) and ACLS with American Heart Association approved course(including hands on skills)
have at least two years of registered nurse experience
Must pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

prepares patients for procedures
assist physician during procedure
provides care for patients in recovery
assist with pre-testing phone calls
actively participates in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities
