Requirements

Current LPN or RN for Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
Medication administration
Knowledge of or ability to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol)
Provide medication education to clients
Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries
Other duties as assigned
