About The Position
We know that having surgery is a major decision. Our surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, surgical technicians, and therapists are here to guide you through the process, from pre-surgical preparation to recovery and rehabilitation. This position requires a Registered Nurse with experience in the Operating Room, specifically with scrub and circulate duties. The role involves working five 8-hour shifts per week. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Time off requests must be submitted and verified at the time of profile upload, with a maximum of 5 days accepted. Orientation is 8 hours and non-billable. Holiday and Overtime multipliers are 1.25%.
Requirements
- 2 years current OR RN experience
- Scrub experience
- Circulate experience
- Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS
- Perm address must be included with profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION
- Work History
- Skills Checklist Operating Room Circulate (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- Skills Checklist Operating Room Scrub (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
