The Surgery Department specializes in the surgical treatment of a broad spectrum of clinical conditions. Having highly skilled surgeons with special interests allows us to offer a wide variety of endocrine, breast and oncologic surgical procedures, as well as gastrointestinal and colon and rectal (both open and laparoscopic), and hepatobiliary procedures. The traveler must be willing to perform OR RN duties (within scope of practice) in the Interventional Radiology Unit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better). Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks (if scheduled/needed): Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after. Non-Billable Orientation: 0. Multipliers (OT, Holiday): 1.25%.
