Registered Nurse (RN) - MICU
About The Position
This is a full-time, night shift position for a Medical ICU Nurse at Lankenau Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse on the Interdisciplinary Team within the 36-bed unit, you will provide care and treatment to Medical Intensive Care patients, which is an integral part of their patient experience. The role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, with a Tuition Reimbursement Program providing up to $6,000 per year. You can also get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- ACLS
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
