About The Position

Registered Nurses in the Critical Care setting are important members of the medical team, caring for critically ill and vulnerable patients. They provide high-quality medical care as well as a compassionate, healing presence for patients and families. This position is in the ICU at St John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. The schedule is nights, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., 36 hours per week, with weekend rotations. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered. Actual pay within the stated range depends on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

Requirements

Must be licensed in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience preferred.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
