Registered Nurse (RN) - AH Pineville – Float Pool Mother/Baby - NICU FT Nights
About The Position
This Full time night shift position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool at Atrium Health Pineville, supporting both Mother/Baby and NICU units. The RN will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilizing evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills, the RN will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum one year of Mother-Baby and NICU experience required
Nice To Haves
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Recommended within 6 months of hire or per local or site-specific policy of standard of care.
