About The Position
Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager based out of our Laconia office. The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
Requirements
- Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
- Valid nursing license in the state of NH
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
- 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
- Recent wound care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Managing a defined caseload of patients
- Providing direct patient care
- Providing comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community
