Requirements

  • Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Minimum of two years acute care nursing experience.
  • Current CPR BLS Certification (monthly renewal classes available and paid for by Interim HealthCare).
  • Reliable transportation to travel within the Greater Lakes Region.

Nice To Haves

  • Home care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined caseload of patients within the Greater Lakes Region territory.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing services and direct patient care in the community setting.
  • Coordinate patient care, communicate with healthcare providers, and ensure care plans are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
