Registered Nurse (RN) - Burns Trauma High Acuity - Training Opportunity
About The Position
Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the High Acuity Burns Trauma team at Vancouver General Hospital. This is a training opportunity focused on enhancing nursing practice and strengthening the quality of care. Requirements
- Approximately two years recent acute medical/surgical experience upon critical care program full-time start date.
- Successfully complete the post-basic training education prior to working in the Department.
- Agree to remain with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) as a regular status nurse in the area of nursing applicable to the education program for which they are hired for at least 18 months subsequent to completing training.
- Provide past receipt of certain vaccines or history of certain infections as per Ministry of Health policy.
- Provide information as part of the onboarding process for new hires and appointments.
