About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) and LPN West Salem, Wisconsin Type Part Time Additional Offerings Part Time: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift 1st Shift: 2 Weekends on 1 Weekend Off 8-Hour Shifts 87-Bed Facility. Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license
• Ability to administer medications
• IV certification
• Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
• Provide nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of records and reports
• Comply with all infection control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve workflows and resident care outcomes
